Microsoft Dynamics 365 Functional Consultant (CRM)

As a functional consultant, you act as the link between technical possibilities and business needs, ensuring our clients achieve customer intimacy at scale.
Key responsibilities
You will be focusing on:
System optimisation: Translate business requirements into D365 configurations. You will manage the full lifecycle, from identifying improvements to proactive preventative maintenance.
Strategic advisory: Act as the functional expert for stakeholders. You will provide guidance and lead instructions to unburden our clients and ensure users succeed with the platform.
Quality assurance: Review and test new functionalities. We value stable, high-quality solutions that meet clear performance standards.
Problem solving: Analyse technical and functional bottlenecks. You will collaborate with our Tech, Data, and Creative teams to resolve them.
Your profile
You are an experienced professional seeking more autonomy and complexity in your work.
Experience: You have 3+ years of experience as a Dynamics 365 CRM Consultant.
Education: A bachelor's degree (HBO+) or equivalent analytical level.
Technical skill: A solid understanding of the Microsoft stack. Experience with Azure, Logic Apps, or Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) integrations is a plus.
Communication: Fluent in Dutch and English (C1 level). You can explain the reasoning behind technical choices to non-technical stakeholders.
Mindset: You are a pragmatic and proactive team player who thrives in sprint-based environments and enjoys shared responsibility for client success.
